vocations from visiting Medjugorje, whether a vocation was received there, enhanced there,
saved there, etc. This is briefly stated on the bottom of the attached form.

Respected brothers, the purpose and aim of this questionnaire is to make a list of priests who received their vocation through Medjugorje.
