Seeing with the heart... Posted by Pilgrim

In today’s Gospel (Matthew 23 : 13-22) we read of Jesus accusing the scribes and pharisees of being blind, not in a physical sense, but within their hearts, unable or not wanting to to see the truth and so “acting” in a way that distorts the truth of what is holy and sacred. Blindness is a disability. We all suffer from it at times for varied reasons. It can be because our heart is cluttered with stuff that we have refused to let go of, or is filled with the many distractions the world has to offer, and even our worries and concerns. There is an endless list that can fill our heart to the level of blindness. These days we are encouraged by the medical profession to have regular check-ups, to examine our bodies for lumps and marks that may indicate we are not in the best of health, and if we do discover something of concern then we are advised to get it checked out. Our Blessed Mother sees the state of our hearts, what is causing our blindness, and encourages us to get checked out in a spiritual sense.

Little children, you seek signs and messages and do not see that, with every morning sunrise, God calls you to convert and to return to the way of truth and salvation... She encourages us to look within...

Dear children! Today I call you to look into your hearts sincerely and for a long time. What will you see in them?and then to seek healing…Seek the grace of healing of your heart from God, so that you may see God and man with the heart. remedied through prayer, fasting, penance and conversion…

Pray and believe little children, God gives you graces and you do not see them. Pray and you will see them... I desire all of your hearts be purified by fasting and prayer…. It is sufficient that, in a cleansed heart, you place my Son in the first place, and then you will be able to see...

And like all good mothers, our Blessed Mother is always on hand to assist in making things better, bringing us to the one who can heal our blindness of heart, and transform us from being ‘actors’ into the true likeness of God.

Listen to me and permit me to lead you to this in a motherly way.... I desire that you may see my Son...Dear children, my motherly call, which I direct to you today, is a call of truth and life. My Son, who is Life, loves you and knows you in truth. To come to know and to love yourself, you must come to know my Son; to come to know and to love others, you must see my Son in them.

Therefore, my children, pray, pray, that you may comprehend and surrender with a spirit that is free, be completely transformed and, in this way, may have the Kingdom of Heaven in your heart on earth. Thank you!
